Life saver to sleep through the night!

I got the SleepPhones as a gift from a relative when I was recovering from a concussion. I'd been having restless sleep for days, where I'd wake up in the middle of the night and be wide awake for hours. I'd tried ear plugs, but my ears started hurting from so much repeated use. My first night of using the SleepPhones, I slept through the night for the first time in three weeks!
A few merits:
- The speakers are adjustable, so you can move around inside the headband
- I also found myself using it for both headphones to listen to music to fall asleep, as well as a face mask on the front
- Fleece is really soft, so feels comforting and not tight around the head

The SleepPhones were truly a life saver and I credit with a lot of my recovery!

Super comfortable!

What a great addition to an already wonderful get well gift! I love these Sleep Phones. I can listen to a guided meditation while laying down and drift off to sleep without disturbing my partner. And they are amazingly comfortable. I also appreciate that they are machine washable. Excellent gift.
